Robert Swaney Consulting successfully placed Amy Marshall as Director of Development at the Santa Barbara Symphony within three months of launching a national search.

“Bob Swaney and his team brought us high-potential candidates,” said Kevin Marvin, the Santa Barbara Symphony’s Executive Director. “They understand the arts and culture industry as well as our organizational culture, so it’s no surprise they produced top-notch candidates swiftly – I couldn’t have asked for better results.”

It is gratifying to see how this Symphony is a beloved gem in the community, and I look forward to building upon its success in the months and years ahead.”
